Electrical stops at medium voltage and includes the building-power path, a UPS, and a motor control center. HVAC includes the cooling tower, the chiller, the air handler, and heating hot water. Plumbing includes domestic water and the sanitary drain. Carpentry includes the fire door. Paint includes the coating. General includes the sprinkler riser, the fire alarm panel, and the elevator. These drawings are for training. They are not the drawing in the building. This price does not open either trainer or the site forms.

The electrical book covers one-line diagrams, emergency power, and the written record. Stop at medium voltage. You receive the building-power drawing, a UPS drawing, and a motor-control-center drawing.
The HVAC book covers air, water, and the building graphic, which is the screen that shows those systems. Write the temperature you left. You receive training drawings of the cooling tower, the chiller, the air handler, and heating hot water.
The plumbing book tells you to find the shutoff before the repair, restore the flow, and then confirm the flow is back. You receive training drawings of domestic water and the sanitary drain.
The carpentry book covers rated doors and hardware. You receive the fire-door training drawing.
The paint book tells you to read the specification before you open the container, and to release the room only when it is accepted. You receive the coating training drawing.
The general book covers daily rounds, vendor escort, and a work order closed with proof. You receive drawings of a wet sprinkler riser, a fire alarm panel, and an elevator.
