Forty-six blank forms for a live job. Twenty-eight work in any building. Eighteen are for one trade. Fill one in during the job, then copy it into the building's own system. $59. Opens the forms only.

Thirteen stations. A manager and the new hire read the same pages. Station 01 is what changes when someone comes in from the field. Station 02 is what they will see. Station 03 is the work-order system. Station 04 is what the manager expects in the record. Station 05 is safety. Station 06 is permits and impairments. Station 07 is days 1 to 30. Station 08 is days 31 to 60. Station 09 is days 61 to 90. Station 10 names the systems. Station 11 is the papers they will use. Station 12 is the check a manager uses. Station 13 is the campus drawings: cooling tower, chiller, air handler, heating water, domestic water, waste, power, generator, UPS, motor control center, sprinkler, fire alarm, and elevator. This price does not open the tradesman course, the handbooks, or the site forms.

- Station 01 is the change from field work. The building stays occupied. The shift has an end. Willing is not qualified.
- Station 02 is what the new hire will see: the occupied floor, the plant, the graphic, and vendors.
- Station 03 is the work-order system. If it is not in the system, the next shift treats it as not done.
- Station 04 is the record a manager can check: the close-out and the handoff.
- Station 05 is safety: lockout at recognition level, the sprinkler valve, the fire alarm, and the stop list.
- Station 06 is permits and impairments. If your name is not on the permit, you do not start.
- Station 07 is days 1 to 30: one area, one person, one route.
- Station 08 is days 31 to 60: assigned work only, and the chiller loops named correctly.
- Station 09 is days 61 to 90: one route they can own, and the work they still cannot do.
- Station 10 names power, air, water, a UPS, a motor control center, and an elevator. The drawings are for training.
- Station 12 is the check a manager uses at day 30, day 60, and day 90. Station 13 is the campus drawings, stacked at the end.
- This price does not open the tradesman course, the handbooks, or the site forms.
